| When you purchase RescueRigger, you receive a "license key." Your
license key is displayed on the screen immediately after placing your order and it is emailed to you.
The first time you run RescueRigger, you are prompted to enter your license key. You must
be connected to the Internet the first time you run RescueRigger so your license key can be verified. You only need to enter the key the first time you run RescueRigger.
This process "activates" RescueRigger so it can be used on your computer. You
should not share your license key with others or you will not be able to
run RescueRigger. You may not redistribute
license keys per the license agreement.
Your license key also controls which rigging industries are supported by RescueRigger.
If you purchase multiple copies of RescueRigger, your license key
will permit the software to be installed on multiple computers.

Moving RescueRigger
to a New Computer |

To move RescueRigger to another computer, choose Licensing and Industries, and then Unlicense RescueRigger from RescueRigger's Help menu. This "deactivates" RescueRigger
over the Internet so your license key can be reused. For example, if you purchase a new computer, you can
unlicense
RescueRigger from your old computer and then reuse your license key on your new computer. To download and install RescueRigger on your new

For assistance with your license key, please
contact us. Unlicensing RescueRigger deactivates it, but it does not remove
RescueRigger from your computer. To remove RescueRigger after you unlicense it, choose Start, Settings, Control Panel, and Add or Remove
Programs. |

License Key Troubleshooting |
- Make sure you are connected to the Internet before entering your license key. If RescueRigger reports that you are not connected to the Internet
and you are sure you are connected, try temporarily
disabling your firewall and/or virus protection software. If
RescueRigger continues to display a message saying that you are
not connected to the Internet, please
contact us (be sure to include the exact message displayed by RescueRigger).

- If a message states that "RescueRigger has been installed the
maximum number of times" your license key has already been used. Please contact us to request that another installation be added to your license key. Be sure to
include the email address you used when you purchased RescueRigger and provide a brief explanation of why you
need an additional installation.

- If you misplace your license key, contact us so we can
send you a replacement. Please be sure to include information that will help us find you in our database (e.g.,
the email address you used when you first ordered the software, your billing phone number, etc.).
