When RescueRigger is installed on Microsoft Vista, it modifies the file permissions associated with the folder named C:\Program Files\Iterum\RescueRigger\Addins. You may need to reset these permissions if they are modified.

• Navigate to the folder named C:\Program Files\Iterum\RescueRigger on your computer.
• Right-click on the folder named Addins.
• Choose Properties from the menu.
• Click on the Security tab.
• The top of this screen lets you select the user.
• In the bottom half of the screen, you want to enable Full Control.
• Click OK.

You may also need to do the above, but right-click on the folder named RescueRigger and grant Full Control.
